Vicki L. Fuller

In an industry that has never made room easily, Vicki L. Fuller spent her career defying the odds quietly and consistently. She didn't just arrive at the highest levels of institutional finance. She led them.

She currently serves as Lead Independent Director of Fidelity Investments Equity and High Income Funds, one of the most significant leadership roles available to an independent board director at one of the world's largest asset managers. She also serves as a Director of Blackstone Credit Investments, chairing the Compensation Committee; as a Director of Ariel Alternatives; and as a Trustee for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, chairing the Investment Committee and serving on the Finance and Executive Compensation Committees. Her board work spans governance, enterprise risk management, succession planning, regulatory compliance, and executive compensation across public companies, private equity firms, and the nation's most influential philanthropic institutions.

As Founder and CEO of VLF Development LLC, Vicki advises organizations navigating complex investment, governance, and leadership challenges. What she brings to that work is a lens forged by survival and shaped by years of leading in rooms where she was rarely reflected. That perspective is not incidental to her work. It is the point.

Prior to that, she spent 27 years at AllianceBernstein, a leading investment management firm.
